Dr. Yisak “Isaac” Jang is an Assistant Professor at the Lester E. Kabacoff School of Hotel, Restaurant, and Tourism Administration at the . He has more than 8 years of professional experience in the hotel, restaurant, and event industries. He received his Doctor of Philosophy in Business Administration with a specialization in Hospitality and Tourism Management from Oklahoma State University. He holds a Master's degree in Hospitality Management from Florida International University and a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality/Foodservice Management from Kyung Hee University, Seoul, South Korea. His research interests lie in the area of consumer behavior, event/festival management, and hotel revenue management.
